Each model of HDTV has advantages and disadvantages, which are both useful to consider when shopping for an HDTV. Sharp Aquos LC-52D85U, for example, consumes less electricity than models, but produces black levels are not too deep. Has other advantages and disadvantages, and you should consider before buying one. One of the best features of the Sharp Aquos LC-52D85U is an excellent treatment 120 Hz video system that allows you to display up to 120 frames per second – five times the rate of film of 24 frames per second. It also has a frame interpolation algorithm called Enhanced Fine Motion parameter that rules embedded real alternative in the frame to create the transition and clear clear moving images. LC-52D85U also features an automatic backlight. All LCD TVs have a fluorescent or LED backlight, and in many cases it is necessary to adjust the brightness in different lighting conditions, as one does with the LCD screen of your computer. With the LC-52D85U, however, the backlight is adjusted automatically so you do not have to change something. Not even need to adjust the contrast ratio, because it is something that the LC-52D85U automatically, in order to produce sharp images with great color. LC-52D85U is provided with an adequate, if not excellent, the number of inputs and outputs, as well as, but not so large as some high-end models due to the lack of a USB port, LAN port, and slots for SD cards. It has five HDMI inputs – which is more than most HDTVs offer – and two component video inputs, 1 S-Video input, four line-in and many other more popular. It also has a VGA input so you can connect any computer you own and use your HDTV monitor. Besides these, the LC-52D85U uses a 10-bit LCD shades of uniform color, and offers a color management so you can control the hue and saturation for primary and secondary colors. You can also control the operation of other HDMI capable, turning on and off simultaneously by pressing a button, which is made possible by connecting function Aquos LC-52D85U. As for disadvantages, one of the areas where the Sharp Aquos LC-52D85U is less than its design. HDTV, like many, the LC-52D85U features a glossy black frame with accents not distinguish from the rest of the crowd. Similarly, the looks from a distance, like many others, with buttons that are too small and difficult to distinguish from each other in the dark, even with the backlight, since the labels are on the body and are not informed. LC-52D85U also failed in terms of usability since the manual lacks an index and its on-screen menu presents many problems. One problem is that it remains on the screen while you make adjustments, making it difficult to see and refine your images. It is also difficult to tell which input is on the menu, because all are listed and appear only as entry 1, entry 2, and so on and so forth, instead of being labeled as AV or HDMI. To be honest, you can rename the inputs of the device are connected to So you may find it easier to remember. As its design, the audio quality of the Sharp Aquos LC-52D85U also manages to convince, without depth and clarity that results in poor dialogues, so it is best combined with an excellent surround sound system. Despite all this, however, the Sharp Aquos LC-52D85U is still a great buy for its price – which is lower than the set of about 50 inches – it is always worth considering.
